Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Shift hours: 8am to 04:30; Mon-Fri
Duration: 13 weeks with possibility of extension

Job Description
” Responds accurately to a high volume of inbound calls
” Responds to all incoming calls and schedules appointments according to guidelines
” Documentation of call is detailed and accurate
” Demonstrates good judgement of advancing urgent calls
” Enter patient demographics
” Ability to multi-task with typing and talking simultaneously
” Interacts with patients, physicians, and staff to provide accurate communication
Education
Education and Experience :
High School graduate Prior call center, customer service and medical office related experience preferred.
Computer and key boarding skill required

Healthcare is a plus and so is previous banking experience
