HVAC Technical Trainer

HVAC Technical Trainer Job Responsibility
The HVAC Technical Trainer is primarily responsible for HVAC technical support as well as creation and implementation of training curriculum including all major Capitol Group product lines.

HVAC Technical Trainer Job Duties
~The Technical Services Manager will be the primary point of contact for Capitol Group dealers requiring troubleshooting assistance.
~Create training curriculum with the goal of educating dealer base on best practices for installation and service of Capitol Group product offering.
~In coordination with the outside sales team, schedule and perform trainings at Capitol Group Branches and/or dealer locations.
~Serve as back-up for inside sales when circumstances require.

HVAC Technical Trainer Job Requirements
Technical knowledge/aptitude of HVAC systems, including split systems, hydronics, etc. Basic use of a computer and other workplace electronic devices.
Experience with Eclipse or similar inventory software.
High school diploma plus five years progressive job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Wholesale distribution experience.
Working knowledge of HVAC.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

• HVAC service: 1 year (Preferred)
• group presentation/demonstration: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• HVAC Certification (Preferred)
• drivers license (Preferred)
