Required Skills:
• Support/Administration of Cisco Video Conferencing systems
• Ability to troubleshoot/maintain desktops/PC hardware and MS Office365 Tools
• Ability with programming logic, Power Shell Scripts development and use of APIs
• Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Windows – Desktop
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows – Server and Azure
• Exceptional knowledge of Active Directory / Office365 administration / Exchange / Azure AD / GPO and components
• Experience in building, deploying, and patching PCs. (WDS / SCCM)
• Basic understanding of networking infrastructure, DNS, and DHCP services
• Printer support (Hardware & server)
• Understand NTFS & Share permissions
• IOS/Android device support, Intune administration
• Experience in IT Vendor management
• Exposure to front-office Financial Services
• Weekend/out-of-hours working when necessary
• Work authorization in US
Experience/Education/Certification:
• 3 – 5 years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree – desirable
• Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare, Citrix, Palo Alto certifications – desirable
Location: Downtown – Miami (USA)
