Job Title: Warehouse Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

– Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations

– Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate work

– Coordinate and monitor inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products

– Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations

– Implement and improve warehouse processes to optimize productivity and minimize errors

– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of operations

– Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise in the warehouse

– Prepare s on warehouse activities, such as inventory levels, productivity, and performance

Experience:

– Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a warehouse setting

– Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management and shipping/receiving processes

– Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure

– Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50-$19.39 per hour
