Job Title: Field Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote in FL

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience (ideally in TA, in grocery retail, or blend)
• Strong PC skills, organizational skills, and written/oral communication
• This is a new position, so flexibility and interest in adapting to grow the position is important

Preferred

• Located in or South Florida
• Bi-lingual (English & Spanish)
• Retail recruitment experience
• Experience that can lend to sourcing/managing lodging, hotel negotiation, group lodging organization
• J1 visa management experience

Role overview

This Specialist role is supporting the store side of the business, reporting to Sr. Recruiter, mostly remote, some travel to hiring events.

This role is responsible for providing support to the Field TA Recruiter(s) by participating in various aspects of the recruitment and hiring process, as well as programs and initiatives that support any aspect of retail staffing/recruitment. This position participates in screening, interviewing, scheduling interviews, creating/administering employment documents, monitoring hiring/onboarding progress, and communicating to all relevant parties. This position also supports strategic retail staffing programs and plays a critical role in ensuring the best talent is hired for open positions across our retail locations.

Responsibilities:

• Phone screens
• Participation in store job fair planning
• Build and maintain relationships with TA team, HR partners, operational leaders (store management teams and above)
• Candidate connection – realistic job discussion, feedback during recruitment process
• Administration – reporting on job openings and time to fill roles, assisting with job posting and processing hires, meetings for strategy and planning, etc.
• Performs other job related duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 per hour
