We are growing and adding a Talent Acquisition Consultant to our HR team. This individual will have hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, and creating and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. We are seeking an HR Professional who gains satisfaction from contributing their expertise, experience and leadership in recruiting for a wide variety of roles in our organization as well as thrives in a continuous education and skill building environment.

We’re looking for an HR Leader who’s also: *

• Skilled in persuasive, collaborative, and teaching styles of communication, both verbally and in writing
• Able to source potential candidates through various channels, including online (social platforms and professional networks)
• Organizes, coordinates, and attends job fairs and recruitment events
• Knowledgeable of Applicant Tracking Systems
• Focused on building and maintaining relationships with a “how can I help you” attitude
• Friendly and genuinely interested in the company’s goals and the needs of others
• High standards with excellent organization and time management skills
• Handles details quickly, correctly and efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field plus 4 or more years of experience; or equivalent combination
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing recruiting techniques and practices while working within a team of Human Resources professionals
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
• Strong aptitude for using technology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
