Now offering WORK FROM HOME (within a 60-mile radius of Brookings, SD) for our Customer Care & Bilingual Customer Care Representatives! Complete a 4-week onsite training in our Brookings office to gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to help you reach success in your career. Once training is complete, YOU CHOOSE if you want to work from home or continue working onsite!

CLASS STARTS AUGUST 28TH, 2023 – Competitive pay starting at $16.50/hr. for evening shift including monthly incentives!

What do you need to work from home?
  • A high-speed internet connection. High-speed internet connections must be hard-wired with a minimum speed of 60mbps download and 10mbps upload.

Differential Pay for ALL shift hours:
  • Evening Shift – 10% (included in starting wage of $16.50/hr. for night shift)
  • Split Shift – 15%
  • Bilingual Skills – additional 15%

Schedule Options:
  • Full time shifts between the hours of 10:30am to 9:00pm, Mon – Fri
  • Part time shifts between the hours of 5:00pm to 9:00pm, Mon – Fri
  • Rotate working every third weekend

    • Saturday hours between 8:00am to 5:00pm
    • Sunday hours between 9:30am to 6:00pm
