Our publicly held biotech client located in Gaithersburg, MD (4 days a week) is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. This role will report to the Sr Director of Accounting, and this role is being hired as succession planning so there is room to move up in the company. Duties include financial reporting, month end close activities and reviews, technical accounting, deferred revenue analysis, implement new accounting standards, support SOX controls, GL review, and assist with due diligence and integrations for acquisitions among other tasks.

Compensation is targeted at $130K + 10% bonus.
