About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), in one of our Early Learning Centres. You would be joining an Early Childhood team that is committed to meeting high expectations for children, their families and Educators.

You will have an opportunity providing strong leadership in the development and implementation of contemporary Early Childhood Education Programs with pedagogical knowledge that reflects the Principles and Practices of the Early Years Learning Framework.

Our Early Learning Centres have a strong culture of support, encouraging employees to take up professional development opportunities throughout the year, and to collaborate closely to improve and adapt practices and approaches in-line with children’s needs.

You will be supported to foster your understanding and experience applying the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.

In this role you will:

• Develop collaborative partnerships with children, families, professionals, and the wider community.
• Deliver inclusive play-based programs that promote equitable, diverse and respectful practices that support the inclusion of all children, including those with additional needs.

Essential qualifications

• Diploma or Degree or approved Early Childhood Teaching Qualification as recognised under the National Quality Framework by ACECQA
• Current approved First aid training as prescribed in the Education and Care Services National Regulations (Reg 136).
• Current approved anaphylaxis management training (Reg 136);
• Current approved emergency asthma management training (Reg 136)
