Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner – Technology

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our internal recruitment team and support our Early Careers Technology programme. This role will support in attracting and engaging top, diverse talent to our business, and helping to build our future talent pipelines.

What you’ll do

• Manage pipelines for high volume early careers programmes focusing on providing additional support to candidates from underrepresented backgrounds including coaching calls and interview preparation
• Organise and facilitate online interview days for candidates reaching that point in the recruiting process.
• Support Talent Acquisition Partners across key roles and business areas and proactively source diverse talent for experienced hire roles when required
• Identify new channels and innovative methods to attract diverse talent to Capital One
• Build positive relationships with potential candidates and have great conversations about our culture and the roles you’re hiring for
• Stay current with competitor trends and market research along with the wider business imperatives and goals to give you a deeper understanding of the market and how this relates to our hiring needs
• Partner with external vendors supporting Capital One on hiring and recruiting events

What we’re looking for

• You have previous experience in sourcing talent, particularly those from underrepresented groups.
• You’re highly organised and can manage multiple priorities/hiring needs. It would be great if you’ve previously handled high volume pipelines or had experience in hiring early careers programmes as well
• You’ve got great communication skills and are highly responsive to candidates and hiring managers
• You’re comfortable working autonomously
• You’re comfortable building trusted relationships and networks internally partnering with the business and internal employee resource groups to drive referrals
• You’re comfortable networking externally, representing Capital One at recruitment/industry events and promoting our opportunities.

Where and how you’ll work

This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham offices.

Our hybrid working model offers you the flexibility to work from our offices and from home, when you need to.

We’re big on collaboration and connection, and so generally encourage our associates to use our offices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

The number of days you spend in the office will usually be led by the type of work you’re doing, and the hybrid working patterns of the people you partner most closely with.

Many of our associates have flexible working arrangements, and we’re open to talking about an arrangement that works for you.
