Capital Imaging Associates is hiring a full time Supervisor of our Reception-Scheduling team. We are looking for a career oriented, organized, dependable, compassionate individual who leads by example.

Summary of Position

• Oversee clerical staff to ensure that all practice policies and protocols are performed accurately and efficiently; including knowledge of all insurance plans
• Provide back-up coverage for reception and scheduling departments
• Oversee and coordinates day-to-day staffing
• Participate in meetings to collaborate with administrative team to develop and implement quality initiatives and daily goals
• Performance appraisals, hiring, including interviews, orientation and training

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of office supervision experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Critical thinking and ability to problem solve
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
• Proficiency with computer systems, internet and various software
