2. Ensure scheduling and related tasks are done properly
3. Customer service mindset, Always!
4. Clear and prompt communication with all internal and external clients
5. Demonstrate superior planning and organizational skills
6. Recruit caregivers.
7. Maintain and regularly update records and information on the company software
8. Other duties as may be specified by the management
9. Flexible schedule allowed for time that may be spent on filling a shift offsite from home during off business hours. .
Skills Required
Excellent Interpersonal skills, phone skills, customer service and listening skills, and positive attitude,
Team Player with Solution Thinking Problem Solving Mindset,
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Efficient time management and organizational skills in a fast paced environment
Intermediate proficiency at MS Office (word and excel), Internet
Bilingual Ability is an asset
Medicaid, Home Care or other health management environment experience is a Plus.‘
