SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides guidance to division managers to identify, source, hire, and onboard all new employees. Along with all recruiting responsibilities, the TA Coordinator also manages the university relations/career events and the Capital Internship Program. This position is charged with analyzing requests for new positions, plans the work, and works the plan with regards to the full-cycle recruiting process. The TA Coordinator also leads multiple HR projects at any given time.
