Capital Consulting Solutions Hiring for Entry Level Account Manager Full Time

Capital Consulting Solutions has recently expanded to the Pittsburg, PA area and we are looking for driven individuals to join our team. Here at Capital Consulting we focus heavily on leadership development and mentorship. We have an in depth training from the ground up on everything someone would need to know in order to become succesful in this position so experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Inform account holders on current deals and promotions
• New customer account set up
• Work closely with management to ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Current customer retention
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Assist customers with all questions regarding products and/or services
