Capital Auto Loan Hiring for Account Manager / Customer Service Representative Full Time

This is a full-time position (i.e., 9am-5pm, M-F) with opportunity to grow with the company! Account managers oversee daily customer interaction and account maintenance, but prior experience in banking, finance, or account management is not required!

Qualifications:
– Strong customer service and people skills (e.g., friendly, outgoing, comfortable greeting customers in-person or by phone)
– Able to maintain a reliable attendance record and take responsibility
– Able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy using a computer and different computer systems
– Attention to detail
– Able to multitask when needed
– High school diploma or equivalent

Additional:
– Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) – helpful but not required
– Prior banking or call center experience – helpful but not required
