Key Responsibilities:

Handling a diverse range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold/freehold matters.

Managing client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.

Liaising with estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other solicitors to expedite processes.

Conducting property searches and interpreting search results.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive with proven experience in conveyancing.

Knowledge of the local property market is advantageous.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
