Commercial Insurance Sales Executive

Location: Brierley Hill

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience good base salary, excellent benefits and amazing bonus potential (Warm Leads and no cold calling)

As a Commercial Insurance Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to sell insurance policies to commercial clients. You will focus on maximising warm leads and introductions provided through affinity partnerships. In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of commercial insurance customers, understanding their unique insurance requirements, and providing them with tailor-made solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with commercial insurance customers to understand their insurance needs and advise them on suitable coverage options.
• Utilise warm leads and affinity partnerships to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct thorough discussions with clients to gather relevant information necessary for preparing accurate and customized insurance quotations.
• Collaborate with panel insurance companies to place policies and ensure clients receive the best coverage at competitive rates.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and new insurance products to effectively address client needs.
• Build a strong network of referrals by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and consistently meet or exceed assigned quotas within a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriters and claims departments to ensure smooth policy implementation and expedited claims processing.
• Maintain accurate client and sales activity records using the company’s CRM system.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverage, and regulations to provide clients with the most up-to-date information and recommendations.
• Attend training sessions and sales meetings to further develop skills and stay informed about company offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales or a good story as to why sales would be suited to your character and experience
• Preferably in commercial insurance or a related field
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities while delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and sales activity
