An overview of the role
We are looking for an HR Transformation Senior Director with a stellar background within management consulting to join the Workforce and Organisation team. You will be part of the Employee Experience and HR Transformation team delivering successful programmes across both Government and private sector clients. Consultants in this role will be dynamic in their approach and able to manage change with personality, precision, and predictability to help realise measurable, positive business outcomes.
You’ll be a part of a team that helps our clients reinvent the way they work to process human capital management and drive change across their businesses, with a focus on user-centric HR models.

You will focus on the transfer of capability and contribute to the strategic direction of the Capgemini Invent Future of HR team. You will deliver end-to-end transformations for workforce programs, services, and processes to identify, build and incentivise clients to drive success of organizations and their workforces. You will use your knowledge and experience of HR operations, HCM systems and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platforms to help clients optimise their HR operations and drive business results.
Why you?
As a Vice President or Senior Director, you’ll work as part of a team of agile problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Delivery: building productive and lasting client relationships senior leadership levels by identifying and discussing key issues with our clients, to identify potential opportunities.
Strong background in management consulting
Shape and deliver large complex transformation programmes
Business Development: lead the practice by setting strategy, driving the development of new business in the market, and providing advisory services across disciplines including business strategy, market growth strategy, lead go-to market initiatives and operational improvement.
Utilising a combination of our organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you’ll be generating c.£3m of consulting revenues (Senior Director) or c.£4m (Vice President).
Brand and market eminence; being a visible leader HR Consulting and Industry community, speaking at conferences, authoring thought leadership, participating in multi-client industry round tables.
Track record of a strong and successful practice building and people development experience
