Our Workforce Transformation teams’ purpose is to deliver value to our clients through augmenting people, technology and new ways of working that generate growth and profitability whilst delighting their workforces.
It’s an exciting time to join us as we build our Learning & Talent Development capability – we are looking for a Senior Manager who can take the lead in evolving our offerings, growing our internal capability and networking across our business and clients to generate demand.

Why this role?
You will help us shape our Learning and Talent Development programmes, from assessing the impact of Technology on clients’ Workforces to designing Skills and Competency frameworks, advising on Workforce Skilling and implementing Talent strategies. Furthermore, you will partner with our Strategic Workforce Planning and People Analytics teams to integrate Workforce Strategy and Analytics capability into our offerings.
Partnering with our clients across all industries from Government to Financial Services, Retail to Life Sciences and Telco to Energy & Utilities, you will be generating new ideas and conceptual frameworks to help solve problems, provide hands on delivery and create insightful fact-based findings and recommendations. Using our Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE) to collaborate and innovate with our clients, you’ll get to know their needs and challenges, demo solutions and quickly solve problems. It’ll help you discover unexpected answers together.
In addition to leading Consulting engagements you will play a key role in People Development, supporting the growth of our Workforce Transformation team through sharing knowledge, insights and training on our Learning & Talent Development offerings and methods.
You will take an active role within our practice, contributing to our vision to become the UK’s leading Workforce Transformation Advisory practice through co-creating a culture in which every team-mate feels comfortable to bring their whole self to work, empowered to deliver great work, to grow, to be free to innovate and to have fun.

Within our Workforce Transformation team, you will work and communicate with all levels of our organisation, be knowledgeable on market trends and challenges across HR and bring your own point of view to share with colleagues and clients.
As a Strategic leader with analytical, problem-solving and programme management skills, you’ll have delivered a range of Learning & Talent Development projects and solutions with experience across Skills & Competency Frameworks, Workforce Skilling strategies, Digital Skills Academies, Learner Experience, Learning Infrastructure, Administration and Technologies.
Experience of working in a Consulting environment will be beneficial but subject matter expertise, a growth mindset and a desire to work in a client facing role, solving complex challenges are most important…and if you’re not from a Consulting background our Consulting Skills Academy will support you in acquiring these skills quickly!
In addition, experience in Agile Methodology, Design Thinking and Change Management will be help add value to the solutions we design and the work we deliver.
