The focus of your role
Your will be a HR professional in early career stage aspiring to join a Global Organisation. As a part of our HR team, you will help strengthen our processes focusing on Onboarding, Induction, exit management, Graduate hire management, Reporting and special projects.
Your Role will be primarily London (Holborn) based, with a balance of flexible/remote working options.
What you’ll be doing
Be the first point of contact in the organization for all new joiners and give best in class onboarding and joining experience
Conduct Right to work checks and ensure all documentation is in order, Coordinate and plan Induction programs, initial query handling and problem handling in the process
Work closely with HR Business partners to ensure success of buddy program and smooth transition to HR Business partners
Give consistent experience in exit (off-boarding) management process, track and report exit interview analysis
Managing HR intranet portal to ensure its updated with latest policies and content
Manage end to end support to our graduate hire program, engage in planning, recruitment, onboarding, induction, and training. Own regular engagement activities along with pay and career progression management
Regular MIS support to entire HR Business partner team and business leaders
Ad-hoc project as needed to support the team
What you’ll bring
Have 3-4 years years of HR experience
Previous experience in similar processes desirable
Effective communication and presentation skills
Relationship and stakeholder management
Proficiency in time management
Agile and quick-thinking ability
Business acumen
Cross cultural awareness
Analytical ability and HR Reporting skills needed
Good proficiency in Microsoft skills (Word, Power point, excel etc)
CIPD qualified desirable
