The focus of your role:
You will lead recruitment for Capgemini Invent Australia & New Zealand. This spans the provision of a full range of recruitment services including interpreting the business strategy into specific talent acquisition requirements, working closely with leadership and the hiring managers to craft the role and candidate requirements, developing creative sourcing strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring an exemplary candidate experience from first contact through to recruitment and onboarding

What you’ll do:

• Partner with Capgemini Invent and HR leadership to understand the business strategy and offerings, role requirements and then execute a recruitment strategy to attract and secure the best talent
• As a trusted advisor to business leadership, provide industry expertise, market knowledge and advice on recruitment best practice and employer branding
• Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition creation, job brief and attraction strategy, strategic sourcing, assessment through to offer acceptance
• Oversee Capgemini Invent’s recruitment across VP’s through entry-level roles in a wide range of capability and industry specialist areas
• Lead the Capgemini Invent recruitment team of 2-3 recruiters
• Map the market to provide insights to business leaders and in turn identify and engage top talent from target roles/organisations, utilising LinkedIn Recruiter, social media campaigns and your existing network

Let’s talk about your capability and experience:

• Experience in management consulting recruitment, and a network to match
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment on senior hiring, “hard to fill”, diversity and specialist consulting roles
• Demonstrated success in partnering with business leaders to develop recruitment strategies and provide recruitment advice
• Candidate relationship excellence: strong interpersonal, influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills, and emotional intelligence
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop creative multi-channel talent sourcing strategies
• Ability to introduce new ways of thinking as well as coach, guide and influence stakeholders
• Commercially focused mindset, considering business outcomes on decisions
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• High level of competence in recruitment tools including ATSs, CRMs, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
• Highly desirable is tertiary qualifications in HR or business and certifications in competency frameworks, behavioural interviewing and LinkedIn recruiter
