Our Insights and Data team helps our clients make better business decisions by transforming an ocean of data into streams of insight. Due to continued growth within Capgemini’s Insights & Data practice we intend to recruit a Qliksense Developer with relevant consulting and communication skills. If you are already working in a consultancy role, or have excellent client-facing skills gained within large organizations, we would like to discuss our consultant opportunities with you. This role can be positioned to work from anywhere in Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, or Perth).

Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:

• Design and develop end to end solutions using Qlik Sense as your main tool
• Comprehend and translate complex and advanced functional, technical and business requirements into executable solutions
• Directly interact with the business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements and follow up with the business owner on a regular basis
• Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with both virtual and face-to-face interactions utilizing structured approaches to solving problems, managing risks, and documenting assumptions.

Let’s talk about your capability and experience:

• Bachelors or equivalent qualification in computer science, analytics, engineering, data science, or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in working in reporting and data visualisation projects.
• 2+ years of solid hands-on experience in Qlik Sense development and dashboarding.
• A strong analytical and logical mindset.
• Strong communication skills (verbal/written).
• Well-versed with concepts and techniques of Business Intelligence and Data warehousing.
• Excellent understanding of Qlik internal functions and language.
• Good data transformation skills and how to create QVD files.
• Experienced in data integration through extracting, transforming and loading (ETL) data from various sources.
• Very proficient using Set Analysis.
• Good visualization best practices and proficient in front-end development.
• Strong SQL skills. Experienced in RDMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle etc.
