As a Systems Administrator I with CAP Logistics, you will be part of our energetic IT team. We support the company and end-users in a diverse technological environment. You will work closely with IT Team Members to ensure quality of services and system up-time. You will work with Active Directory, Group Policy in a Microsoft environment. You will work with cloud resources and LAN network equipment issues and configurations. You will also provide technical assistance to computer users as well as answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically.
This role also provides assistance concerning the use of computer and phone hardware and software, including installation, email, and operating systems. You will help provide effective and quick solutions and exemplary customer service.
