Canopy Education is a Community Interest Company (CIC) based in the United Kingdom. We are passionate about using digital technology to enhance teaching and learning. As a Google Professional Development Partner (Education Specialization), we work alongside Google to support the use of Google Workspace for Education.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer initial customer enquiries, which we receive, by email and telephone.

• Support our customers (schools and teachers) to use Google Workspace for Education via email, telephone and Google Meet.

• Support the deployment of Workspace Skills in schools and colleges. Workspace Skills is a SaaS (Software as a Service) product that trains teachers and students to use Google Workspace for Education through ‘learning by doing’ with Howdou interactive tutorials.

• Onboard new customers and support existing customers, to ensure they make the most of our products and services.

Required Skills

• A team player with great communication skills – while we work remotely most of the time, you’ll need to work closely with our team via Meet, Chat and Hubspot.

• Willing to learn about Google Workspace – at Canopy we are a bit geeky about Google Workspace and you’ll need to stay on top of the platform to ensure our customers are well supported.

• Passionate about the use of digital technology in schools, with an ability to relate to the challenges facing teachers.

• Organised & efficient

Note: This is a remote role – you can work from home. Our team meets in Birmingham (City Centre) monthly and you would need to attend these in person.

Salary: £18,000.00 per year

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (required)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
