Canon Hiring for HR Business Partner at Uxbridge Full Time

Canon EMEA is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to play an integral role in achieving our key strategic priorities. This role will be the main point of contact for our HQ employees. You will partner with the business to understand their local needs and develop people plans to achieve these. This is a true generalist role, with the support of our Centres of Expertise including People Development, Talent and Remuneration. You will work as part of the UK based HR team, with the opportunity to participate in the wider EMEA HR community.

Pay – Salary of up to £51,239

What we ask

You will:
Be the first point of contact for our management and employee populations within the assigned business areas across the whole employee lifecycle

Deliver against our key HR objectives of Management Capability, HRMI & Analytics, Performance & Talent, Employee Experience and HR Systems & Process

Understand the business objectives and requirements of the assigned ares and develop and agree annual HR Business Plans with appropriate business leaders

Support and coach line managers for successful implementation of performance drivers and performance enablers

Serve as a consultant on people related issues and act as an employee champion and change agent.

You will need

As HR Business Partner, you will possess the following skills and expertise;

Chartered MCIPD or equivalent experience

Previous HR Business Partner experience in a corporate environment

Demonstrable experience of influencing stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes

Ability to think creatively and analyse siutations whilst managing multiple priorities

Solid ER knowledge, taking a pragmatic approach

Excellent working knowledge of HR and related systems

Strong project management skills

Further Information

This role is based in our Stockley Park office. We are working in a hybrid approach with several days a week in the office so we have the benefit of in-person contact with our colleagues and stakeholders.
