Canon Business Process Services, Inc Hiring for HR Recruiter (Contract) Job at Remote Full Time

Canon is looking to hire an HR Recruiter (Consultant). This is a contract position with potential for full-time conversion.

Position will support US recruiting efforts on a REMOTE basis. MUST be able to work 40 hours per week during standard business hours M-F: 7am-6pm (flexible schedule).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using MS Teams and coordinate with management
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes
• Provide documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of high-volume recruitment experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Familiarity with recruiting software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong computer proficiency; reporting in MS Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $4,333.33 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
