Your Role:

With a growing team in Australia, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist to support our continuous growth and ensure we provide our future and current team members with the best personal and professional experiences.

As the “Talent Acquisition and HR specialist”, your focus will be on leading the talent acquisition strategy by managing the end-to-end recruitment and employment administrative process. You will have the challenge of creating and managing recruitment campaigns to source and recruit talented team members across technology, sales, client services and administration.

What you will bring to our team:

• Your experience in HR and Talent Acquisition across a range of industries such as technology, sales and administration.
• Your ability to manage the entire end to end recruitment process which includes; leading employer branding initiatives, designing job descriptions, interviewing candidates, completing reference checks, signing employment contracts and onboarding new staff.
• Your experience in creating and managing recruitment campaigns, sourcing and assessing candidates and utilising job boards and professional network platforms to promote opportunities.
• Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to ensuring talent and employment data is current and up to date.
• Your experience working in an Agile environment, adopting a consultative and cooperative approach to your work
• Your passion for providing exceptional support and administration services to all current and future team members
• Organize and attend online job fairs and recruitment events

Desirable Experience:

• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• Proven work experience as both Talent Acquisition and HR specialist
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github)
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to $90,000.00 per year
