As a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Canfor Southern Pine, you are responsible for full cycle recruitment for our operations. ing to the Regional Manager, you provide resourcing updates, build relationships with stakeholders, and proactively identify and promote candidates for upcoming roles. This one-year temporary position also carries the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
Ideally, you have a proven track record in high volume recruiting, specifically excelling at sourcing difficult-to-find resources. For bonus points, you have a solid understanding of the manufacturing and forestry industry.
