Job Description:

The Talent Business Partner is responsible for managing and supporting the workforce strategy function, including all talent programs including but not limited to engagement related activity, DEI, leadership training and development and engagement surveys. Support strategic plan and structure to enable a meaningful foundation for bringing out the best in all Stakeholders and enhancing CTCA’s sense of community. Manage performance management deployment driving progress towards a performance-oriented culture.

Job Responsibilities

Culture & Engagement: 80% |

• Support culture and engagement survey work to assess and synthesize data from various sources, find synergies and viable action plans towards improvement.
• Manage At Our Best culture shaping training, maintaining Culture Connect website, track and report training stats. Participate in culture-based meetings, support teams and training.
• Create and maintain engagement related activity across the enterprise to foster Stakeholder engagement.
• Assist with management annual culture surveys, pulse surveys, workforce listening sessions, assisting with Physician outreach, roundtables, etc.
• Serve as trusted partner with leaders and Stakeholders, including Talent Leadership Team
• Manage ExecOnLine leadership training and development program, partnering with the Communications team to create awareness for coursework. Track and report utilization monthly.
• Facilitate educational efforts for Stakeholders and leaders.
• Manage performance management goal setting, quarterly and year-end review process driving progress towards a performance-oriented culture. Monitor and track completion reports, Workday dashboards, TLT and Stakeholder communications.
• Manage COVID Vaccine reporting, auditing Workday entry and support to Talent Leadership Team and Occupational Health teams across the Enterprise.
• Track and report mentoring program statistics, utilization, survey results, pairing, etc.
• Support DEI program as directed.

Consolidation of Workforce Practices: 20% |

• Identify areas of opportunity and implement best practices within the hospital workforce and Talent organization.

Skills, Education and Additional Information

• 3-5 years of HR experience in a Business Partner role
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Superb interpersonal skills
• High emotional intelligence
• Ability to think critically
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly responsive
• Passion for inspiring and developing people
• Detail orientation is a must
