Sr Talent Acquisition Partner – Nursing

Position Overview

The Sr TAP proactively sources, screens and recruits top talent for all positions across the Enterprise to include both Clinical and non-Clinical. In partnership with hiring leaders, senior leadership and Talent leadership, this position will establish sourcing and recruiting strategies to create strong pipelines of candidates to meet short term and long term staffing needs. In addition, the Sr TAP will act as a resource and consultant to the hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition team overall.

Additional Responsibilities

• Build and execute proactive search strategies, utilizing a wide variety of additional sources, including but not limited to social media, employee referrals, job fairs, professional organizations, colleges and universities and personal networks
• Communicate appropriately, proactively and consistently with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive client and candidate experience
• Identify and share best practices amongst the members of the Talent Acquisition team
• Assist and support the training of new Talent Acquisition team members
• Act as a resource/consultant by providing best practice insight, sharing sourcing strategy knowledge and interpreting candidate assessment results
• Network and participate in employment events such as career fairs and organizational events to proactively cultivate the candidate pipeline
• Participate in project work as assigned

Key Position Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 7 years’ experience working with line-of-business leaders managing the entire recruitment, hiring and candidate experience or related experience for best-in-class organizations
• Experience utilizing structured candidate assessment methodologies (i.e. behavioral based interviewing for candidate selection)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, set service level agreements and meet and/or exceed customer expectations
• Effective presentation skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced level computer skills including Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Expertise in employment law as it relates to hiring and record keeping
• Related certification a plus

Experience with applicant tracking, HRIS, customer tracking systems
