The Opportunity:
You will be responsible for the design, implementation and day-to-day support and maintenance of an enterprise desktop environment. Responsibilities may include support of physical and virtual desktops, as well as operating systems, operational support software and the troubleshooting, building, maintaining and distribution of applications on Remote Access servers and managed desktops.

Key Accountabilities

Configure, maintain, troubleshoot and support end user computer devices

Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure components

Participate in the architecture and design of new infrastructure components and/or solutions

Build, test and implement infrastructure components and/or solutions

Desktop software packaging and deployments

Create and update as-built infrastructure documentation and knowledge base articles

Shift: 5 X 2 (Monday start)

Term: January 4 months

Possible Extension: May 4 months

Skills & Qualifications:
Currently in the process of obtaining a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related

Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment

Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

Strong technical abilities and desire to learn new things

Knowledge of PowerShell scripting would be an asset
