Job Summary
Domestic Customer Experience Coordinators are responsible for the day to day management of intermodal containers, Retail and Wholesale, with a focus on answering customer emails and ensuring any transit delays are addressed. This individual is responsible for the management of Intermodal assets to meet CN’s Customer commitments, including validation of processes and communications to ensure that customer requirements are met and executed in a cost effective and timely manner.

Working Conditions
The role has standard working conditions in an office environment with a 5 day workweek. The incumbent must be available to work varying shifts, including weekends and stat holidays, based on company requirements.
