Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions is now looking to grow our local Torrance California office. We are looking for a high-energy Bilingual person with previous staffing industry recruitment experience.

Job Title: Human Resources Admin

Location: Torrance, CA

Start: Hiring Immediately

Pay Rate: $20/hr-$28/hr

Job Duties:

• Resume screening, interviewing, reference checking, determining candidate skillset to match suitable clients
• Sourcing candidates using social media sites and job boards
• Keeping job boards and social media sites current
• Sourcing clients and reverse marketing
• Answering customer inquiries, including after-hours support rotation
• Regular quality checks with customers to ensure all needs are being met and resolve any issues as they arise
• Supplying labor to various manufacturing clients
• Keeping track of scheduling and attendance using ATS and excel
• Doing follow-ups and check-ins with both clients and hourly temporary employees
• Providing Health & Safety orientations and plant orientations
• Generating job posts to meet specific client needs, keeping all job boards current

Required Experience:

• 1+ years of Recruiting in the staffing industry
• Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Experience recruiting general labor applicants in the automotive and other manufacturing sectors
• Excellent communication skills- Must have strong English and Spanish language skills verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills and quick response time, able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Strong MS office skills with very strong proficiency with Excel
• Previous use of ATS i.e. Job Adder, Bullhorn, etc. is preferred
