Canadian Closets Plus is a well-established closet manufacturer in North York, ON, specializing in custom closets.

Currently, we are seeking motivated and career-oriented individuals with excellent customer service skills who would be a perfect fit for our team. This role requires someone with attention to detail, a talent for multi-tasking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work at a fast pace. If placement what you will do:

Under the manager’s direction, the Placement Adiminstrative Assistant will perform duties associated with the position and learns the bookkeeping job. Specifically, the manager will teach bookkeeping basics, creating estimates and invoices, entering clients and vendors, applying for payments and paying bills, viewing, understanding and printing the reports, and working with many other software and processing paperwork and documents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the customer service field or in an administrative role
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving and strong administrative skills
• Ability to learn fast, be diplomatic and work unsupervised
• Excellent customer service, organizational, English speaking and writing skills
• The ideal candidate has to be a self-starter, team player and punctual
• Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PDF)
• Detail-oriented, personable, assertive, disciplined, self-motivated, reliable and high energy
• Work well and accurately under pressure
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Fast and accurate typing skills

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in clients, vendors and others
• Direct visitors and clients
• Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
• Manage correspondence (letters, packages etc.)
• Track stocks of office supplies and prepare the list of necessary products to be gotten
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and re-directing calls as required.
• Request, receive and collect the hardware from a sales rep and order it (as necessary)
• Print the labels for hardware as per template (logo, client’s name, product#, qty)
• Send via email contract to the clients to complete to make sure it is signed and return to you before the installation day.
• Call and email to schedule a free consolation, confirm an appointment, final measure, SBI, installation, SAI and Enter it into the software.
• Enter new client to CRM as well as make sure that the client is in the rights stage and all info is entered and uploaded
• Review the drawings and order the accessories and hardware as necessary
• Print the drawings for the Final Measure
• Help to close the store (turn off the mirror, lights and put the blinds down)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
