Canada Worker Trades is seeking a Project Estimator with prior store fixtures and millwork manufacturing experience.
This is a full-time position with a large company established in the industrial hearth of Concord (Vaughan)

Responsibilities:
Read complex blueprints, written specifications, and architectural drawings
Understand project specification to meet project compliance
Prepare project budgets by analyzing drawings and specifications
Receive bids from suppliers by specifying materials and quantities
Negotiate prices with suppliers and sub-contractors
Assess all factors of the project scope that may affect cost
Estimate time, materials and labour required for the project
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in architectural, construction or manufacturing industry
Attention to detail
Strong organizational and computer skills in particular, Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to communicate, oral and written, professionally and effectively
Experience in the fixture industry is an asset
