Summary/Objective

The receptionist plays a vital role and represents the dealership as she/he is usually the customer’s initial contact with the dealership whether it’s by telephone, in person or via email. You are an ambassador for the brand and the director of first impression for our clients; as well the administrative support that ensures the team is organized and consistent. The receptionist will assist every department in every way to welcome clients to the dealership. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently help customers (internal and external) with the highest level of service
• Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties
• Check incoming emails frequently and distribute mail to the individuals they are addressed to
• Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
• Takes payments for services and product.
• The ability to multi task and remain a director of first impressions whilst in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Greet all customers and provide assistance with information, direction or refer them to the correct staff member
• Answer and operate multi-line phone system
• Take appropriate messages
• Utilize paging system
• Perform administrative tasks including, stocking in vehicle inventory, tracking dealer plates

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Salary: $35,500.00-$42,800.00 per year
