You can buy a car entirely online, without any salespeople involved
You can have your new car delivered to your driveway, usually the same day
You can spend a week with your vehicle to decide if you love it, and if you don’t we’ll pick it up
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support Office Manager with daily tasks
Answer phones / voicemails and update staff directory
Greet and welcome guests a soon as they arrive to the office.
Supervise suspicious activity in the office
Assist with the check in process for incoming traffic & visitor badges (Guests, job interviews, etc)
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Handing out office supplies (notebooks, pens, etc)
Helping out distributing incoming mail and packages (amazon deliveries, food orders, etc)
Occasional document filing.
Keeping reception, kitchen and common areas clean and organized.
Faxes (help sending faxes for staff )
Order and organize new office supplies orders and inventory.
Set up for new training groups. (Chairs, binders, projector)
Handling / deescalate occasional customers requests.
Coordinate new hire equipment pick ups/ drop offs and report it to HR/IT
Mail and courier requests ( Purolator, Novex)
Operate coffee machine on the main floor, and place coffee requests weekly.
Coordinate office space, Boardrooms bookings and meetings through Google calendar.
Fill paper on the big printer, ensure Vents are clear of clutter
Problem solve technical issues with printers ( in conjunction with IT)
Help with inquiries from General Staff
Assisting with catering and in office team events.
What You Should Already Have:
Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in an administrative/receptionist role is preferred
Comfortable on the phones, G Suite, Microsoft Office
Result-detail oriented, creative and charismatic with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Adaptable to fast paced environments
Professional demeanor and personal presentation
