We are looking for a highly qualified and tenured Customer Service Manager who can manage a diverse and growing team. We are looking for applicants who have a strong management track record, and have experience representing a national brand. Management experience is required and sales/automotive industry experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage 5-8 direct reports and 40-50 indirect reports
Train new hires on systems and processes
Shadow live phone calls for quality, and providing feedback
Interview candidates for entry-level roles
Help oversee the growth of the customer service department as Canada Drives continues to grow into a national brand, expanding across Canada
Being a strong brand ambassador for the company
Create scripts, response templates to a variety of common questions/concerns from our customers
Ensure all customer emails, live chats, and phone calls are replied to promptly and accurately
Optimize the customer experience
Maintain an organized delivery schedule and work closely with the logistics department
Manage the day to day operations of your team: scheduling, time off requests, etc
Cultivate a strong work culture and ensure high morale amongst the team
Desired skills and abilities
Management experience, preferably remote experience
Ability to represent a brand
Enthusiastic about leading a team
Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tech savvy
Result-oriented, creative, and charismatic with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates
Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills
Familiar with Excel and Google Spreadsheets
