Job Description

Manage a team of up to 8 Pricing Analysts

Provide leadership and guidance, and ongoing feedback to direct reports regarding performance, productivity, work quality and adherence to the company policy and procedures

Analyze and interpret market automotive pricing, historical customer purchase patterns, pricing decisions and gather feedback from the Customer Experience team in order to develop price recommendations

Provide guidance on innovative cost strategies

Check prices of all online inventory on a weekly basis, adjust as necessary

Make improvements to current appraising and pricing processes

Interview, hire, and train new team members.
