Job Description

Interacting with all our onsite customers, both pick-ups and drop-offs

Provide a positive attitude towards our customers

Making our customers have the greatest car buying experience

Handling contracts

Taking customers on tours of our facility

Making sure our meeting area is always up to standard

Communicating with the rest of our logistical team

Desired Skills & Abilities

Minimum of 2 years of experience with customer service interaction

Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Customer service oriented

Ability to Multitask

Ability to work in a high paced environment
