Campus Physicians of California, PC Hiring for Medical Director Physician Full Time

We are seeking a passionate and genuine individual to fill our position of Medical Director. Must have strong primary care and pediatric experience. Must also have supervision experience. This role is crucial for our organization and requires the successful candidate to display both a professional demeanor and compassionate personality. The position will require significant administrative work, exceptional organizational skills and direct patient care. Must be licensed to practice in California.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise APPs and their practice of medicine
• Understand medical history and be aware of medical conditions that should be referred to a specialist.
• Provide medical care to patients ranging from routine care to critical care.
• Design and manage office and clinic procedures, duties, and responsibilities.
• Evaluate the needs of patients with acute as well as chronic illnesses.
• Coordinate and keep records for patients served by multiple physicians and APPs.
• Know about health insurance plans, including eligibility, benefits, and coverage criteria.
• Be aware of new advances in medicine that can improve the health of children and their families.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150.00 – $160.00 per hour
