We are currently seeking a Permanent Full Time Diploma Educator (Child Care Aides) to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating developmentally appropriate programs and maintaining individual records for children aged 0-12 years.

Education and Care Services is responsible for the delivery of professional, high quality childcare services and educational programs in the Campbelltown local government area. We provide care to children aged 0-12 years and operate according to Early Childhood Education and Care National Regulations and the National Quality Standards and Framework.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:

• Knowledge of children development 0-12 years
• Knowledge of National Quality Framework including Education and Care Services National Regulations and Law
• Ability to plan and imlement developmentally approproate programs for individual children and groups of children
• Ability to work as a cooperative team member
• A commitment to a customer focussed service
• Relevant work experience including practical experience in implementing the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Commitment to living our values of: Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Trust and Optimism.

Qualification and training requirements of the position:

• Diploma level Education and Care qualification recognised as an approved qualification by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA). Applicants actively working towards their qualification, may be considered.
• Current First Aid Certificate and approved asthma and anaphylaxis training.
• COVID-19 Vaccination or Medical Contraindication Certificate upon commencement.
• Must be able to meet the minimum prescribed requirements to be a responsible person as determined by ACECQA.
• A cleared Working with Children Check.
