The Senior Manager, Customer Engagement has responsibility for leading the execution arm of our Customer Growth Planning function. This role will play a critical role in advancing customer engagement and developing strategic joint business plans with key customers. The successful candidate will also lead best in class customer and industry events in colloborationg with the communications team. Expectations of role will include collaborating crossfunctionally with key stakeholders within the broader C-Snacks organization to drive content, materials and timelines to elevate customer experience and drive marketplace results.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
