Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator
General Summary:
As a vital member of the Executive Recruiting Team, the Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist provides extensive administrative and operational support to help ensure seamless interfaces between recruiters, candidates, executive search firms, and systems (Workday/Phenom ATS, Outlook, A/P, etc.). The Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensures that the executive recruiting experience is positive and aligned with the values of the Company.
Reporting to the Director Talent Acquisition Enterprise, the Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist will support cross-functional and all executive recruiting throughout the organization. This individual must have a strong customer service orientation and the ability to build proactive working relationships with senior-level and “C-Suite” executives and administrators. He/She must demonstrate requisite judgment and flexibility to quickly and independently troubleshoot and communicate complex logistical issues and changes. Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is critical. Acts as the liaison, the executive recruiters and the admins. This role will work closely with the Recruiting Analyst/Diversity & Intern programs to provide support for on-campus recruiting, intern programs and diversity recruiting and conferences. This individual will build relationships with candidates, external partners and internal hiring manager as a key member of the external programs. Own candidate communication from end to end ensuring a top notch candidate experience.
