Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner will drive the external recruiting partner (Cielo), internal employees, external candidates and hiring managers within all aspects of internal full lifecycle recruiting process.

Essential Job Duties

• Enters/Submits open job requisitions to MyHR Services for approval upon receipt of completed/approved Requisition Request Form from hiring manager. •Reviews job posting once approved by MyHR services for completeness and accuracy (i.e. correct job title, shift/hours, cost center, etc.) and posts as appropriate via Workday.
• Posts job requisition/posting internally via Workday and/or assigns to the external recruiting partner as appropriate.
• Coordinates/Schedules phone screens, interviews, etc. as part of the internal recruiting process, when needed.
• Coordinates the internal job posting process as follows:
• When applicable, ensures job opening is posted via Workday for the required timeframe to allow internal employees an opportunity to apply.
• Forwards internal applicant details to Human Resources to determine eligibility per the Recruiting and Selection Policy.
• Notifies hiring manager(s) and internal applicant(s) once eligibility is determined.
• Coordinates/Schedules interviews with hiring manager(s) and eligible internal applicants based upon mutual availability.
• Follows up with hiring manager(s) regularly to ensure interviews are completed in a timely manner and to determine the final candidate selection; and obtains interview guide documents for filing; ensures hiring managers have provided feedback to candidates who interviewed but not selected to the job opening.
• Notifies selected candidate to extend verbal offer as directed by hiring manager.
• Facilitates the discussions between current/hiring managers to determine an agreed upon date when the selected candidate will transfer to the open position; drafts electronic offer letter in Workday, routes for review/approvals and submits offer letter to selected candidate for electronic signature.
• Completes the appropriate transactions to process candidates in Workday. •Performs tasks for external job postings in conjunction with our external recruiting partner as follows:
• Assigns job requisition/posting to the external recruiting partner to post externally.
• Coordinates/schedules interviews with hiring managers as candidates are identified/presented by the external recruiting partner.
• Coordinate events (i.e. virtual interview days/hiring events) as needed to fill external job openings.
• Partners with Human Resources to perform (re)hire eligibility for candidates who are identified/selected for specific job openings; notifies external recruiting partner to proceed with extending job offers to external candidates.
• Facilitates communication between external recruiting partner, hiring manager, Human Resources, and Training Department to ensure selected candidates is processed based upon the assigned (orientation) start date.
• Maintains sourcing documents, staffing roster and other applicable tracking mechanisms as required.
• Verifies hiring manager’s transactions (i.e. transfer, terminations, etc.) are complete in Workday as required.
• Champion the candidate experience and ensures candidates are treated like customers as it relates to scheduling, feedback, answering questions, providing updates, etc.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to obtain required data, approvals, documents, access, etc.
• Assists the external recruiting partner and hiring managers in all facets of their roles as a support function to create a best practice environment and world class recruiting experience.
• Schedule/Attend meetings as needed to provide status updates and other required information pertaining to the internal/external recruiting process. •Generates staffing and other recruiting reports and maintains its accuracy for reporting purposes.
• Provide suggestions and insight to continually improve the recruiting and selection processes
• May perform other duties as required.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Knowledge of Humans Resources and full lifecycle, high volume, recruiting is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of urgency and initiative
• Previous technical experience in Workday, Kronos, and Excel is preferred

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree required with at least 2 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment

Office environment; noise level is usually moderate. Hours may vary, expected schedule is 6:30am-3:30pm EST.
