The Talent Acquisition Process Harmonization Manager plays a key role in delivering growth and innovation and is responsible for change management, process improvement initiatives, RPO relationship management for hourly recruiting. The role will have accountability for partnering with local HR to enhance and harmonize processes across the function and with the RPO service provider to ensure consistency in staffing approach including resolving recruitment related escalations.
The Talent Acquisition Process Harmonization Manager will define project objectives and deliverables, develop communication plans, facilitate decision-making, develop analytics and reporting to track measures of success. You are expected to be a thought leader by seeking and incorporating research, best practices and external insights into project elements. Consistently and proactively look for ways to innovate and drive improvements.
The Talent Acquisition Process Harmonization Manager is the lead on projects of varying size and complexity. As the Project Manager you will perform timeline management, drive project actions and deliverables, and lead the team to solve challenges that affect the project scope, timeline and / or budget while meeting the overall project goal(s). Communicates and coordinates with all key stakeholders. The Project Manager has an in depth understanding of the processes and systems to manage the project, with a solid understanding of the technical aspects of a project.
Your focus is to develop and maintain the PMO for the Hourly Talent Acquisition Team, giving the team a view of projects that will have direct or indirect ‘touchpoints’ to Talent Acquisition. You will maintain a variety of documents like ‘PMO Project List’ ‘Projects Calendar’, Stakeholder matrix, the Risk matrix and register, as well maintain a focus on Compliance. You will partner with the TA Operations and TA Transformation teams to create and manage the Project Office, general communications, monthly updates, formal reporting to stakeholders and project teams, vendors etc.
This role is critical to provide trends, analytics and metrics to assess: source of candidates, marketplace trends and opportunities to partner with RPO to enhance our ability to attract hourly / manufacturing talent. This includes consultation on the labor market and guidance on talent attraction and selection methodology.
Accountabilities
- Partner with RPO, HRBP’s and TA to identify TA process opportunities, optimization and align
- resources for appropriate sourcing strategies. This individual is the liaison and will work closely
- with the services team and communicate all changes, process and tool enhancements to all
- talent team members.
- Leverages organizational understanding of the business to consult with hiring managers on
- recruitment, attraction and pipelining strategies
- Proactively addresses current business needs and future goals for all hourly recruitment in
- partnership with RPO
- Recruiting support with executive roles as needed to support the business
- Develop, implement, and manage the Project Office for Talent Acquisition by creating and
- maintaining a register of all projects, their deliverable/s, delivery dates, key milestones,
- dependencies, resources, risk analysis and change management to ensure on-time, on-budget,
- and quality outcomes
- Ensure understanding of goals and expectations, address any misalignment, and monitor and
- control the program to meet/exceed the agreed expectations
- Reporting – manage and deliver all required reporting for the function as well as any ad hoc
- reporting requests.
- Collaborate with the TA Senior Manager to support the teams as they implement change across
- the function. Take a positive approach to change, and lead from the front.
- Grow and maintain stakeholder relationships across the business and our external
- vendors/partners
- Partner with colleagues and all team members to exceed deliverables
- Builds best practices, trainings, new processes, content to support all of the priorities within
- workstreams; support regular analysis of the data (weekly, monthly); structure analysis and key
- insights for Monthly Operating Reviews for business, functions and employee resource groups;
- implement and manage full-time development programs
- Ensures appropriate communications, training and change management programs are executed
- to successfully deploy new and/or expanded TA services and processes and drive leader
- standard work.
- Systematically identifies opportunities for continuous process improvement and proposes
- innovative solutions to operate in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Keeps informed of local market and competitive trends and leverages these insights to develop
- appropriate TA strategies and solutions and shares with local HR for opportunities and
- improvement.

Minimum Requirements
- To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (manufacturing or high volume recruiting)
- Minimum 3-5 years of Project Management experience (PMP Certification a plus)
- Experience managing a variety of recruiting programs
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Proven experience in developing strong relationships to gain support and achieve results
- Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills
- Full-life cycle recruitment knowledge, background, and experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Vendor management experience
- Strong project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- (consulting background a plus)
- Experience creating and implementing work plans for assigned projects, programs, and/or
- customers against established operational objectives; supports translation of group strategy into
- objectives and work plans.
- Data analytics (scorecard, metrics, data collection and compilation; determine the reporting
- strategy and maintain reporting timelines.·
- Highly developed interviewing skills to support the business with recruitment needs as needed·
- In-depth experience with recruiting sources, including social media, warm/cold calling, referrals,
- events, networking, publications, industry groups/associations, and job fairs.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite
