Senior Manager, Talent Operations
This role is a responsible for providing strategic partnership to the Talent COE (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and I&D), by delivering on the COE strategies and outcomes through services and technology. The role develops, manages and executes processes and technology that enable the vision, as well as vendor management for recruiting, AAP vendors, and relocation vendors. The role will manage services for Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and the annual Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity compliance efforts by leveraging technology and external partnerships.
