Senior Manager, Talent Operations

This role is a responsible for providing strategic partnership to the Talent COE (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and I&D), by delivering on the COE strategies and outcomes through services and technology. The role develops, manages and executes processes and technology that enable the vision, as well as vendor management for recruiting, AAP vendors, and relocation vendors. The role will manage services for Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and the annual Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity compliance efforts by leveraging technology and external partnerships.

• Leads end-to-end business process transformation projects for talent management in areas like Hourly and Salaried recruiting, implementations of new vendors, and ongoing process optimization.
• Partners with Global Talent Management to design and implement solutions to deliver new Talent strategies includes performance management annual reviews, mid-year check ins, feedback process, Succession, and developments programs.
• Program manager leading Talent initiatives across Talent Management, HR Services, and HR Technology
• Main point of contact with external RPO partner, HR Services, IT and COE workstream leads to deliver forward-leaning, efficient process and technology that enhances the Recruiter, Candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
• Work collaboratively as a point of escalation with the Talent COE, RPO partner and Hiring Managers to proactively resolve issues and barriers.
• Delivers the annual Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), EEO-1, VETS-4212 in partnership with the HR Business Partners and outside vendors
• Oversee the execution of our relocation program including the vendor management of our outside vendor
• Analyze data quantitatively and qualitatively to identify trends, strengths and areas of opportunity in the talent and recruitments space. Report and summarize results analyses, including information in the form of graphs, charts, and tables, simplifying it into an executive-ready format
• Manage the Talent Acquisition Technology portfolio with particular focus on ATS, CRM, and career site optimization across the enterprise.
• Proactively work with internal/external partners to identify and implement process improvements that will streamline efforts and improve quality of service
• Regularly handle issues and subject matter that requires sensitivity, discretion, judgment, and negotiation
• Assist with special projects, assignments and execution of HR/Talent initiatives
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders – driving consistent approach and execution.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 7 years in a related discipline such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Human Resources Generalist, Data Analytics, Project Management
• Experience working with RPO and managing a variety of vendors
• HR Technology experience desired: Workday ATS, Phenom People CRM
• Experience gathering and analyzing data to develop Affirmative Action/EEO programs
• HR functional knowledge of hiring practices and compliance (Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), EEO-1, VETS-4212)
• Demonstrated analytical and project management skills, successfully managing and delivering simultaneously on multiple projects
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.
• Proven track record of strong interpersonal skills and discretion to manage sensitive and confidential matters.
