Athletics is an all-encompassing department that includes individual and team sports – Flag Football, Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Skate, Yoga, Lacrosse, Volleyball, Hockey, Golf, Track, Fitness, Ultimate Frisbee, Dance and more. Camp IHC’s extensive Athletics Program offers something for everyone and allows IHC campers the ability to experience a wide range of exciting activities and explore many different interests. We offer high quality individualized and team instruction by experienced coaches on outstanding facilities.
