We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Sales Executive to join our ANZ Sales Team in either our Sydney or Melbourne Office!

Your Day-to-Day

• Undertake enterprise selling practices to achieve revenue targets.
• Attain and exceed assigned sales and pipeline quota.
• Lead targeted and critical global enterprise software deals to support Camms revenue targets.
• Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels.
• Meet with existing and potential clients to build positive relationships.
• Present Camms solutions to clients with support from Pre-Sales and Consulting team.
• Facilitate knowledgeable discussions with prospects to identify, qualify and close sales opportunities.
• Generate proposals for the implementation of Camms solutions.
• Provide feedback to the business in terms of competitor activity, product positioning and price movement within the market.
• to senior management on pipeline, forecast and all sales activities.

Key Performance Measures and Deliverables

• Deliver the annual agreed annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets, and Services targets as per your individual quota plan.
• Generate sufficient pipeline to meet targets. I.e. number of self generated opportunities and marketing generated opportunities.

About You

The ideal candidate is hard-working by nature, determined, persistent and will thrive in an organisation where excellence is the norm. You will:

• Have 2-3 years experience in a B2B business development role.
• Demonstrate achievement in Enterprise Business software sales and new business development with 6-12 month sale cycles.
• Have experience selling SaaS solutions.
• Have experience selling and meeting ARR and Services targets.
• Bring experience and success in managing high value and complex relationships with senior management in larger corporations.
• Above all the successful candidates will be self-motivated, with the ability to work on your own, as well as part of a broader team, utilizing sales acumen for high-value sales to generate and close new sales opportunities.
