Our center is looking for a director, who is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Required Experience:

2 years as a Director of a Child Care Center

Education Requirements:

• High school completion
• Bachelor Degree (Preferred)

Director’s Role:

• Ensure that all State regulation requirements are met
• Building a qualified staff of teachers who are passionate about childhood education
• Reach enrollment goals by being the primary contact for the new and existing families.
• Creating a healthy, safe, and loving environment where the students can learn successfully
• Maintaining a quality level of customer service, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Will be working closely with the owners on business plans to establish goals and objectives
• Managing the school budget
• Having the ability to perform all essential functions for each position in the School— including but not limited to: other Leadership Team positions, teacher, and serving food to students
• Ability to participate in community events and organizations in order to increase awareness of the center.
• Responsibility for following up on scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, conducting tours, and tour follow-ups.
• Responsibility for selling the value of Caminito Spanish immersion Preschool in order to increase enrollments

Salary Information:

• Yearly salary, between $36,000- $45,000 dependent on experience
• Yearly bonus dependent on performance and enrollment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
